Hi there,

A couple of questions:
Do you have the latest drivers installed?
What BIOS are you running?

Are you definitley using cat6 gigabit cable? Is the switch/router etc rated at 1gbit?

I think you need Cat6 for the true Gigabit connection. If memory serves me right that is what the specs call for.

:-[ Sorry people, thanks for all the helpful replies, turns out that my son had swapped his x box to router cable with mine as he liked the blue colour of mine and the x box has only 4 cables connected, so swapped back and everything is fine now(well except for me unplugging all the network cables remaking the joints and tearing my hair out)

Thanks

Robert
