HI

Well the manual isn't a lot of help there but the spec does say that it can be upgraded to 4GB in two slots. First thing I would do is turn the notebook upside down on a soft surface so as not to scratch it and then have a look on the base. Normally there is a small flap probably held down by one or more screws with the memory slots underneath it.

You could also try asking GGTS

Do not just remove screws without knowing what they hold! I expect the ones marked K/B hold the keyboard attached but I don't know for sure. What you are looking for is a little lid, probably hinged on one side and with one or more screws holding it shut.

In that case I would advise you to wait until GGTS reply. That is the safe option.

Hi, I want to upgrade the RAM too so I tried to decompose the nb but I wasn't succesful. Even if I screw out all the screws it doesn't fall apart. I wrote to ggts and they refered me to a local service point. I don't want to get my nb decomposed by service because in case I want it to clean up I will head the same problem. So if you have any knowledge or experience with decomposing this or similar notebook, post it please.

Tnx

Hi, I have the same problem. I want to buy SSD disc but I cannot decompose the nb.  If anyone knows how to do it or if you figured it out please, share.  I know there are hidden screws inside of CD driver but eventhough if you take these out the nb won't open.  Especially area around display holders is stuck.
