HI

Have you been back and complained about it. They probably have it sat on the counter for you to pick up. It is always best to make sure that your drives are empty when a system is taken in for repair.

Typical. Some people are just not trustworthy I'm afraid. ::) I would write to the manager of the shop/company and explain/complain. I think it will probably get you the right conclusion. ;)

No point he is the guy i emailed.

I'm only 90% sure it was in the box, Bare in mind the cowboys I bought the stuff off fitted Mobo CPU & memory at a PC fair I get home  and the Mobo Cables  (SATA IDE) were missing

I'll attempt to write to them but i shant hold my breath.

I'll may be better of emailing Tech support & get / download a replacement CD

Hi Ugg,

There isn't a disk image available for download but if you PM me with your address I'll post one of my spare disks to you. I never use them  (except as coasters) as I prefer to download the drivers directly from the Gigabyte website.

Also, I never use any of the utilities on the disk, unless I have to for testing purposes or trying to help other forum members.
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.
