Gigabyte EP45-UD3L
4GB cosair DDR 800 Ram
Intel quad core processor  Q8200 2.33
Nivida 9600 512MB graphics card
1000 Watt Jeantec module Power Supply
3x3TB internal hard drives (sata)
1x freeagent external  harddrive USB
1x seagate external  harddrive USB
1x philips external harddrive USB
HPD5160 Printer USB
1x HP lightscribe DVD recorder (sata)

i have a problem my 8 usb ports at the back of the board are not working, previously they kept going on and off. i have noticed that when i plug a single item in like my printer windows ultimate does not pick it up or anything else i plug in. the spidif connection above the usb ports glow red all the time until i plug something in the usb ports and then it dims down slowly till u carnt see it but the item i plug in still does not work HELP PLEASE

do you use all af these devices at the same time:
1x freeagent external  harddrive USB
1x seagate external  harddrive USB
1x philips external harddrive USB
HPD5160 Printer USB ?

how about USB pendrives? are they detected?

clear cmos and upgrade bios, if no joy then rma the mb
