Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

Your problem could be caused by one of several things. So let's try and eliminate some of them. A list of your hardware would help a lot.

Have you got the power cables inserted into the two sockets of the graphics card ?

If you motherboard has onboard graphics have you disabled them first ?

Is your card the Primary Graphics Adapter in the BIOS ?

Have you made sure that the slot it is in is listed as the Primary Graphics Adapter in the BIOS ? Probably PCIEx16_1 or PEG.

Try removing the card and then re-installing it in case of bad conections.

You say that nothing happens when you try to install the drivers but I take it the card is working anyway ?

If still no good try updating the BIOS to the latest version. Use QFlash for this not @BIOS.

See if there is a newer firmware version for your card.

What drivers are you trying to install ? Where did you download them from ?

It is a possibility that the EEPROM is faulty of course although it is not a common occurance. I think it would probably be a good idea to contact GGTS and see what hellp they can offer you.

Just enter your email address and click on the language of choice.

The card's warranty is all done by it's barcode and other details on the label. You have two years from the date of manufacture. There might not be a Gigabyte centre in your country but if you do as I say with that address it will be picked up by the nearest one. Your English is perfectly good enough for dealing with RMA procedure.

This is the direct GGTS page for your area.

I am afraid I really don't know but it makes no difference as  long as you know when you purchased it  you will know roughly when it was manufactured.

You don't need to actually go to Serbia personally, just contact the web address I gave you and they will sort it out from there. Once they are happy that it needs repair they will give you an RMA number which you attach to your card and post it off to them. ;)

Good luck!
