So you have only the SSD connected and it is on SATA3_0 and in AHCI mode. As long as you have installed the motherboard chipset drivers you should be ok. In that case you should be getting the best speeds available. Have you enabled Native IDE Mode in the BIOS too as that will also make it faster.

Try running ATTO now and se what figures it gives you.

Hello again  ;)

I have connected SSD to the motherboard P67 UD4 with sata 3 cable it was all ok (crystaldiskmark: read: 550MB/s write: 515MB/s). Then I have connected to my motherboard and again the results were abnormal (crystaldiskmark: read: 275MB/s write: 180MB/s). SSD has been connected with SATA 3 cable. I think that is wrong in the motherboard!

Well it would seem that something is not right. It could of course be the CPU as the chip controlls the memory and if it is not working properly it will slow everything down. The other thing, apart from the motherboard, that could be causing the problem is a badly configured BIOS.

I have last bios version (F7). There maybe some settings in the BIOS for the SATA port?

Well there are many settings in the BIOS pertaining to the SATA ports. I take it that you already have them set to AHCI and NCQ.

No worries about that 128° temp reading. My Agility 3 also reads that temp via harware monitoring utilities & in SMART.
I've just placed a fancontroller and placed one tempsensor on the bottomside of the SSD (with one fan from front and one from below on it) and that reads 27°. I've a 2nd temp sensor on bottomside of my WD hard disk wich sits right above the SSD and that one gives 31.8°.
I'm going to get another hard disk to put a reserve OS on for in case ever happen something to the SSD, then I can also check that the SSD causes the main OS drive to read 128°. When I first connected the Agility to update firmware before install OS on it, it was my WD hard disk that readed 128° and the SSD readed a normal temp of 30°.
Still it is a little bit annoying it doesn't give correct temp via any hardware monitoring utility.
