I would be really happy to provide me with BIOS that returns the card to normal clocks. I'll forget the extra money just to have stable card.

I am sure that Gigabyte must know what is the cause of the problem by now but why they are dragging their heals and not supplying a new updated BIOS for download I don't know. Have all of you contacted them to make sure they are aware of the problem and the fix ? If not I would advise you to do so now. The more people complain the more notice they will take . Better than just moaning on the forum and saying you wish you had bought xyz card instead.

Would it be possible to create a new thread asking people to contact gigabyte on the http://ggts.gigabyte.com/ link and ask people to provide their information, the more gigabyte knows about the issue the easier it will make for them to solve it.

every company makes small mistakes i am not having  ago at them, no body is perfect but it would be nice to be able to play games without them crashing all the time when i paid extra money to get a factory overclocked card.

No I do understand your feelings and I think that would be a good idea. Please feel free to do just that. As I said the company needs to be made aware of the issue and the more people who do so the quicker some action will be forthcoming I am sure.

Nice litttle CPU and very easy to overclock to some quite high standards, also doesn't get that hot compared to the previous generation. Sorry to hear that you gave up with the card but sometimes it seems the only way to go.

i am doing RMA with my retailer, since i did the OCCT test and i got 36 errors within 93 seconds, tbh i did not pay that money for a broken card. and i want to do a swap but they don't want to let me, they want to replace it with new one and i know for sure it will have the same exact issue!

I am afraid that is something you will have to discuss with the retailer. :-\

Wo I am sorry to hear this man. That is bad reseller. He has no right to force you to do that. My reseller asked me if I want the money back or swap for other thing. I choose i5 + 4GB DDR3.

I still thing that Gigabyte is good brand and I think I'll bought motherboard from Gigabyte for the i5 CPU but I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED from the graphic card. I mean I payed 200 euros and you can't have the expected satisfaction.

Believe me even if they give you another card it will be broken again or will die very soon. It is manufacturing error.

Also my reseller gave me an option to flash the card with their tweaked BIOS but I refused that. I PAYED FOR PLUG AND PLAY CARD, not for plug and error and return and flash BIOS and play card. Gigabyte sell these cards as "ready for use" and I don't want to repair it in the first day.

wow what's the name of your retailer?

well tbh i don't blame gigabyte all the companies are having issues :S i checked the forums and major companies MSI, EVGA, ASUS all having either artifacts or crashes with 560ti, 570 and 580. So tbh the people who messed up are Nvidia.

btw are Gigabyte ATI card any good?

Yes I am afraid there have been many problems due to Nvidia recently and that is one reason I am using the AMD Radeon GPUs. They are much better and without half the headaches.
