Gigabyte 560Ti OC/SO issue awareness thread
« on: July 16, 2011, 07:05:08 pm »
Hello guys,
The 560ti is quite the powerful little card but some of us have come across of issues where some of the games crash to desktop, or freeze or give a black screen or show the " Display Driver has stopped responding and has recovered message". This tends to happen to the factory overclocked versions.

We could help to speed up the process of finding a solution for this problem. One of the ways is to let Gigabyte know about our issues.

How to do it? well the best way is to click on this link Click HERE and fill out the form below as detailed as you can

it would be very helpful if you could take screenshot of your system using GPU-Z

Download HERE

and screenshot of CPU-Z

Download HERE

with all of your input we could help to provide gigabyte with all the information they need and encourage them to take action to find the issue and fix it.

Thank you

Excellent thread and much more likely to get some action than just moaning  ;)

Exactly, that's what i realised, a lot of people are making threads and moaning about the problem just as you said, and i know for sure that not many, tbh if any bother to contact gigabyte about the issue, thus keeping gigabyte in the dark about the problem.

Yes exactly so and we have all done it in the past but this sort of approach is far more likely to get results.
