Presentation by a new member - Obligation or no?
« on: August 09, 2011, 01:58:28 am »
Hi friends,

My English is not very welll, but I want to practice the language written in English.

I will work in a few months with Aboriginal people of Quebec, the Cree.

I'm helping friends and others in the field of computer hardware.

I started to have computers in 1990.

So, should I introduce myself in more detail? Make known my motivation more about the forum?

If so, what section? Tell me thank you for the link.
I have not seen in the section Rules of use.

Hi Gloup_Gloup,

I would also like to add my welcome to you.

The Gigabyte UK forum is fairly relaxed about introductions and has different sections for you to post in. If you want a general chat then this is the section of the forum for that.

If you post something that is not appropriate then one of the moderators may delete it, but that is usually only if the subject is of a more adult nature or overly critical of someone or something.

If you have any specific questions then feel free to ask and, if you do not want to post your question on the open forum then you can use the PM system to contact another member to do this.

Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.

;) Hello Absic and Aussie Allan,  ;)

Tanks for your gratitude.

I am a old user (non official helper, but close to the future ..in the past time ) from forum http://forum.gigabyte.fr/
GIGABYTE-Kevin sent me an email about this. I would say it was in preparation.
It was after the departure of Vantage in this forum.
At the time I was using the name of Glouton (Wolverine).

So I have a good idea how participate on a forum.

@ AA : Wahahh ahhahah, get a Cree language package Microsoft ... he he ..
See this link , you have a possible alternative  http://www.ats-group.net/dictionaries/dictionary-english-cree.html

I did not introduce me with facts, actions glorious or less important.
I wanted to show me the way I am now.
Therefore, if I say now is to be aligned with the subjects who dévelppent since my arrival.

To be honest, I was in excellent touch with Vant @ ge. But gradually the contacts have declined.
Vant@ge
http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=611

In any case, it is not aware of my participation in this forum.

I am a bit special but I have a big heart to help others.

So long, friends.

Hi Aussie and Dark Mantis,

@ Aussie :

Matsutake is a mushroom that is good for food in the region.  :P
So I hope that the CREE know him well.

Otherwise they would be long dead or very sick. If CREE eat other misidentified mushroom.  :-[

@ Dark Mantis

Thank a lot for your encouragement.  So step by step, I make a good job in forum.

;) Hi Dark Mantis, Aussie and friends,

Good luck in your move and it sounds as if you will have a bit more room at the new place which is always usefull. You will be able to build more and bigger computers!  ;D

Indeed it will be nicer to implement projects disputes.
So I would have the opportunity to let you know later.
In the meantime, I would have pictures of my office.
Dark Mantis thank you for your encouragement and patience.

I forgot to tell you that I had an empty storage. (9x12 feet). Tuesday it was done this week.
So I would have all my things at hand.

I do not have internet connection right now. I hope by the end of November.  :P

September was a month of preparation and emotional pain. I do not detail here.

On 1 October, I moved from my small apartment.

Fortunately I have my young female cat. I believe it's a tabby, gray and lightly sand. Photo to come.
She likes to help me inspect my material and content of the tower.  ;D

So come back soon to participate in the forum.  ;)

Hi Gloup_Gloup,

nice to see that you are now back on-line and look forward to seeing you active on the forum once again.

Not sure about cats to keep the keyboard warm though as they may make you go to wrong websites!  :P
