Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Weird sounds

Hi, i bought a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard a couple of weeks ago and i'm having a realy annoying problem with it.
I get theese "buzzing" sounds when i push my pc to the limit (gaming demanding games etc) you can hear it quite well.
At first i thought that it was my graphics card (asus 580 dcuII) but my local store found no problem with it. Then maybe the PSU was default so changed it to a more powerful one. Still the same sound...
Then my friend told me that maybe the motherboard was the problem that the voltage of some sort isnt correct for my spec.
And i realy dont know jack about anything. So is there a probability that the motherboard isnt giving my components all the power it needs?

The guys at the store told me to ask Gigabyte since its their motherboard, havent got an answer from them yet.

My spec is.

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
ASUS GTX580 DirectCU II
Fractal Design Newton R2 1000W
AMD PhenomII X4 965 3,4GHZ
A-DATA DDR3 1333MHZ 4x2GB

Oh forgot to mention, i havent fiddled with the bios in anyway. It's all default in there.

Id download cpuz and see what it is all running at and make small adjustments. Like on ran default is ganged id change it to unganged. Make sure ram is correct voltage, PSU breakdown is good unless u just happened to get a bad one but it carries about 75 amp on a single rail and has good reviews so far.

Ram is correct voltage, and its on ungaged according to cpu-z.
But is it realy that safe to just change the voltage here and there?

I think that you have a problem with your cpu temperature.

What BIOS version are you running at present ?

Check to see if there is an update for it and flash it if there is using QFlash.

The cpu temperature is at 40-45 under load.
Bios version is F4.

Well its not cpu temp that is fine and bios is latest. Could be a grounding problem. It happens at time build it outside the case and see if buzzing goes away.

I had that buzzing sound too on my GA-MA790GP-DS4H, don't worry it can't harm the board or any other component in your case. It's a grounding issue alright.

 Try taking the DVD out of the tray (optical drive) and push the system again and let us know if the sound goes away

everything is out of the case, and the sound is coming from the PSU... i just recently replaced it, i cant just have gotten two bad ones in a row. thats just bad luck...

 Cool you found it .... I was going to tell you a fix for the PSU/coil noise with nail polish, but since it means opening up the case and splitting the warranty sticker ... not a great idea, but definitely grounds to RMA the unit.

  For next time ......I have a 400mm piece of 12mm clear plastic tubing in my fix-it bag to use as a mono-stethoscope, ..... one end stuffed in my ear allows you to pin-point any noise down to about a 40mm area

  If you want the link.......I just purchased a Corsais "AX-850" (Black and Gold Professional Series) and it really is a mean bit of kit and came in at under £135 including vat and shipping ...... Bargain!

I agree, you can't go far wrong with the Corsair PSUs. They are certainly good quality compared to a lot of makes.
