X58 UD3R 2.0 with "boot failures due to overclocking"

I've experienced a few of these messages: "The system has experienced boot failures due to overclocking or changes of voltages".
This also happenend earlier http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,5919.msg47185.html#msg47185

Since I was quite sure this was related to a underpowered PSU, I've changed it now to a Corsair AX950. This should do.... 

But I'm still experiencing this, it seems it happens when the computer is not used for a few days.

I'm not overclocking at all, I even dont set my RAM to 1600mhz (used 1333 to check if that was the problem). No luck.

Can it be something else values in my BIOS?

It seems to be how the system copes with any abnormality it doesn't like at boot time! Often it is due to the BIOS being corrupt but it could be many things. Try clearing the CMOS thoroughly as sometimes that helps.

Remove the power cable from the mains supply and then press the power switch on the case for a few seconds just to drain any residual energy in the PSU capacitors.

Once done remove the motherboard battery for at least one hour before replacing it.
 
Next plug back into the mains supply and boot.
 
You will now need to enter the BIOS by pressing DEL and load Optimised BIOS Defaults.

Make any other changes to the BIOS settings to suit your self like disabling the floppy drive, disabling the full screen logo and making the HDD the primary boot device and then press F10 to save and exit.

You cant see any else which makes the system think it is "overclocked"?

Vcore is 1.104v and DRAM is 1.520v. Should they be? CPU Vcore 1.14375v.

Did seem to work the first days, but this weekend it happened again.
(maybe it was just that the computer did not have so much time off  )

Started it yesterday, it hadnæt been switched on for 2 days.

Started up, but did not post (did not turn on the screen either, just a blank screen)
I could hear the computer was on, but the Velociraptors did not turn on (I can hear them if they do )

Then: I had to shut down with the powerbutton and when I started again it have the "boot failures due to overclocking" message again.

Maybe it is just like a woman...doesn't like it when you ignore them for any length of time!

Have you tried going into the BIOS and setting a delay on the Hard Drives. Just try a 5 second delay and see if that helps.
