Why No Free Batman Arkham City voucher/code with my new GTX 570?

So i see Geforce.com have a promotion that when you buy a new GTX 560 or better, you get a voucher/code for Batman Arkham City.
So I ordered my card from www.ebuyer.com ( a participating e-seller ) and when I get my card, there was no voucher or code in the packaging?
I have contacted Ebuyer and I am waiting for them to reply, I was wondering if you could offer any assistance with this matter

I had a similar situation with another supplier and they sent me the activation code via e-mail when I asked about it. I would think this will be the case for you as well. But don't worry too much if it takes a few days to get sorted out, the download version is still not available!
