Hi Nikos,
I note you did not make a material change or add, or remove anything.
But it may (in theory) a hardware is in bad condition, dysfunctional or otherwise altered.
While the BIOS generates a message like CPUID-Patch ID by a check.
The CPUID 106A5, it refers to the signature CPUID of processor (CPU). The number 106 is associated with a core revision of CPU.
If you are sure that your hardware device is in good condition and well connected in the slots, it is possible that changes were made to the Bios.
Among other things during the BIOS flash. Check your BIOS settings.
If you are unsure about your choice of settings in the BIOS or you want to have by default, make a clear CMOS, followed by a Load Optimized Defaults.
I look for further information.
Edit1 : Remember to remove the CF card (Compact Flash), SDCard or other similar device from all peripherals (printer, card reader, etc.)
Because the computer can try to boot from these devices. If necessary, you will have possibly the error message with the CPUID Patch-ID.
Thank you for your patience, you will have some explanation in the meantime.
