GV-N56GOC crash on BF3, help!

Yes, this version GV-N56GOC (isn´t a TI versión) is crashing in BF3 too with the last drivers updated.

The official page for this model http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3881#bios
 have a new Bios, but is a simple file (without extension) that the @Easy Boost program cant manage.
("flash Bios file fail")

I want need to know if GigaByte is working to fix this issue in this versión of GTX560 too.

The freezing and lockup issues you are having is NOT a problem that Gigabyte can fix. It would seem to me to be a bug in the game itself or either a driver issue. I have the game and run a GTX 295 and I also get the freezing and crashing.

Leaving aside the issue of the game (the ball goes from one roof [GB, EA, Dice, Nvidia] to another), can somebody explain me why I can not upgrade my GPU?

In all other models, the Bios file comes with a tiny program to flash, but my Bios file comes naked.
There is a bios dated 10-27-2011 in the official page and I cant upload in my GPU with any program of GB.
