Thanks for the speedy response!

So I can use the Noctua but change the fan inside the heatsink? Hmmmm  ???

I see the PSU, good reviews etc.. was hoping to keep my PSU and buy another but may have to sell mine to fund a new one!

Thanks for the reply!

 Hi MiiCK  ;)

Oh yes, this is not a problem. We can remove all the fans of Noctua NH-D14.

In add, you have more than silence. No noise by fans. Cool.  :D

You'll see is surprising how he is able to dissipate heat from the CPU.

If you have one well-ventilated Tower. Everything should be fine.

EDIT01:

I find a material for reduce sound and vibration on the side panel.

So I don't need to replace the stock fan in the Noctua, but just remove it totally and leave heatsink only?

My case is sort of well ventilated.. I need a fan for the rear panel of my PC.. example:

Need a quiet fan for the right rear of the pc, ideas for this?

Hi MiiCK,  ;)

Okay I read your last message.

At first glance, according to the picture of the tower ... This tower is too narrow (little).
It will take another tower greater and especially wider.

So if you wait again, I'll get more information for you. EDIT01: I wait your response.

Honestly, I thought you had already a greater tower. Do you have a plan to purchase of tower? If so ... we say.

I suggest Cooler Master Haf X, or Corsair case 800D or less, or Cooler Master ATCS 840 by exemple...

I own the xClio but I don't have a picture of the rear of it.

If I can go back to the CPU cooler the Noctua will outperform the Zalman and as Gloup_Gloup has said the fans are changeable or even removeable depending on the amount of heat that you need to shift. I have the Zalman and although it is a good HSF it is not the best. The Noctua is a big one though and you do need plenty of space to fit it. absic has one fitted and swears by it.

Okay thanks DM, may go for the Noctua providing it fits my case with no problems!

Gloup, I edited the picture, the red circle is where you put a fan, I was asking for a quiet fan to fit in the red circle...

There are many 120mm fans that would fit there and be fairly quiet. However the best is probably the 1850rpm Silent Typhoon from Scythe.
