GTX 560 - GV 56GOC - 1GI high temp on full load

Hi,
Bought this card recently and have been experiencing temp issues when the card is on full load.

At idle it stays in the lower 39-44C. However, on load it has gone upto 95C+. I have installed afterburner and made sure the fans are at 100% at full load.

I have a coolermaster 550W PSU (which is sufficient) and a casing with good air flow.

I have also upgraded to the latest bios and changed drivers to make sure its not a software issue. The card still gets too hot with games like BF3.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with a windforce 2X cooler? any suggestions?

The thing is that the temperature is going to be high when stressed like that. What temperature were  you expecting ?

According to reviews the cooler never reaches those temps on load. Ideally the temp should hang around around 70C.

Even on full stress, the card with a custom cooler should not reach 100C imo.

Thank you for the link. However, i have used the same drivers specified by them. No drops in temps.

I doubt my hardware has anything to do with the heat issue, but here goes.
CPU - C2D E8200 Overclocked @3.2Ghz
DDR 2 - 4 GB ram (2x2GB 800Mhz) - Kingston value ram
Mobo - MSI P35 Neo Combo - http://www.msi.com/product/mb/P35-Neo-Combo.html

Casing - Asus Vento A9 (standard casing with case cover off due to heat of the VGA)
OS - Windows 7 x64

I am pretty sure the PSU or other hardware/sw is not a problem since i played my friends GTX 560Ti (different brand) on it without any heat issues.

What could be causing this? If thermal paste is not applied well, then the idle temps should be high as well. But in my case the idle temps are normal.

Suggestions please?
