It is similar but not quite as good as the other one but it should work fine as long as you use two different 12v rails to supply the GPU. That way you will be getting enough power to the card no matter what.

I see in features write this " Four independent +12V rails provides superior performance
(Total Combined load of +12V is 120A)  " So you think it's ok?I just want to be sure to buy it without worries :)

If you read all the documentation rather than just skim over the surface you will find that it explains about the 12v rails and the fact that each must be capable of under 20A to fall in line with the regulations/specifications. Hence the reasoning for splitting the output rather than using a single 12v rail which is the best solution. As I explained just make sure that you use two of the seperate rails to get the most output for a single card.

Ok.I just want to let you know that problem solved after use this one PSU Thermaltake 1500W.I put one different 12v3 rail and one different 12v4 rail to vga from PSU and all works well now.Thanks for help.I hope never again need to i take your times guys :) Cheers
