Can you post screenshots?

What does Device Manager say?

Here is a shot of Disk Manager and Intel RST overlay. All 4 drives show in Intel RST but only 2 of them show in Disk Manager. The other drive showing in Disk Manager is my External Seagate USB 3.0 back-up.

  Welcome 1foxracing .... if it's a more complex  problem .... follows Rolo42 request ....

But just in case the obvious has been missed ...........

Assuming these are non-system drives ....and it's all being newly configured

  Click start...

  Right click "Computer"...

  Click "Manager"...

 Click "Storage"...

 Click "Management"...

If you get in here and the drives are Not registered ..... it will give you a series of prompts including choosing a drive letter ("P", "K") ..... follow these to register the drives into the OS and reboot as requested ..... after the boot..... drives should appear under manager.

Just for reference for others, here's everything I've already suggested he try.  My last suggestion is the only way I've ever fixed this when I ran into similar issues.

Screen Shot of Computer Management showing again the drives are not visible but ARE showing with Intel RST. I guess I have to try the registry edit.

Problem solved thanks to Mushkin Sean over on their forum. I had to revert back to the stock W7 driver instead of the Intel driver. As soon as I switched it back all drives appeared and it is working great now.

Awesome to hear you sorted it out!   Now you can probably update back to the Intel driver and hopefully it will work properly this time
