GA-A55M-DS2 and overclocking

My problem is that when i overclock, system doesn't recognize a LAN device, its not visible in device manager.
MB Revision 1.0

Any advices?

ALOT   POST ALL SPECS so people might have suggestions. I mean wow not cpu- motherboard- operating system, bios level, video card, PSU It all helps please provide more information so you can be helped further. formatt CREDIT goes to EWP at sapphire forums.is a good rule to follow when posting.
