UEFI Bios for GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 "Bios Checksumm Error"

Hello,
i tried to get the new U1h(UEFI BIOS) on my  GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 (rev. 1.3) .
Everytime when i use QFLASH it says "Bios Checksumm Error".
Any ideas whats wrong?

Is stated "When updating from legacy to UEFI, use only the utility attached to your BIOS file".
So,you can only flash with FlashEfi (as your name.....).......

The downloaded bios file contains 3 separate files:
autoexec.bat
FLASHEFI.EXE
Z68XUD3H.U1H
When you run the downloaded EXE file, it should extract all 3 files.

You will need to create a bootable usb drive or cd/dvd with these files on the drive.

The autoexec.bat file contains only 1 line:
FLASHEFI Z68XUD3H.U1H

This means that when you boot from your usb or optical drive, FLASHEFI will automatically run and flash using the Z68XUD3H.U1H file.
Be sure to let the flashing process complete!!!

Next UEFI BIOS you can use Q-Flash.

I dit it this way but after the prozedure it says "Fixture is not removed or switch is not set to on" - press any key.
But the pc is frozen.
After a reset the bios is still F11.

Do without batch file.
You must flashed specifying (type) the filename eg..."FLASHEFI Z68XUD3H.U1H".

Edit:
After the completion of BIOS flash you have to remove AC power to restart the system again.
It’s used to reset ME status.

thanks for the help, now it works fine.
but unfortunately i can't change the dynamic vcore anymore.
is this normal?
