GA-Z77-D3H - PCI-E RAID-controller disappears after hybrid standby

Hi @ all,

I have a problem concerning my GA-Z77-D3H (BIOS: F14). After waking up from hybrid standby my PCI-E  RAID-controller has disappeared and so  has the corresponding drive. I have already switched off energy saving options for PCI-Express in W7 but without any success.

My config is:

GA-Z77-D3H Rev. 1.0 BIOS F14
Intel Core i7-3770
32 GB Corsair Vengeance (4 x 8GB)
Win 7 Ultimate 64bit on Samsung SSD 830
SATA Controller runs in AHCI mode
1 x Western Digital WD20EARX 2 TB
Silicon Image SiL3132 RAID Controller on  PCI-E x1
2 x Samsung HD203WI 2TB in RAID 1
Gigabyte 7870 OC WF3

Does anyone have an idea, where my problem might come from ?

Thx in advance,

Xerkott

Did you install proper driver for your raid card?

already checked some raid controller card PCIex1 on my Z77-D3H with no such a problem in PCIex1_1, PCIex1_2 and PCIex1_3 ~
all slots in your motherboards failed with the card?

Hi MegaMouse,

thx for your reply. Nope, I haven't tried the other pci-e x1 slots so far.

But what I tried is reinstalling
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_chipset_intel_7series.exe

although I had installed it before and afterwards installing
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Utility/mb_utility_et6_intel-7series.exe.

Believe it or not, I had 6-7 hybrid sleep cycles after that up to now and the raid controller didn't disappear once.
I'm still sceptical and will keep an eye on that matter, but for now I'm happy.

Thank you again for trying to help.
