So here goes here is my set up but i want my bios set up properly as i may have a few settings needing tweaked that i havent done this is my third build so im not entirely sure what im doing with bios

CASE: HAF-X
MB: Gigabyte 990 FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD Phenom ii x4 965
MEM: Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 16 Gig
CD/DVD BLURAY: x2
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 120 GIG
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500 GIG
Graphics: 2 Gainward GTX 465 IN SLI

There's really nothing you need to do in the BIOS.

go into BIOS and select,"Load System Defaults" save and exit.
go directly back into BIOS and make sure the date and time is correct. 
make sure that AHCI is enabled for your SSD to perform at its best.
save and exit

that should be about it.
