Space for a CM Hyper 212 + on a 990FXA-UD3?

Hey guys, I'm building a new rig soon for college and I'm wondering if the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus will fit in a
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 without blocking any RAM slots or otherwise interfering with any other parts. The parts I am buying are the

Since I already have the G. Skill RAM, I was hoping that the fan wouldn't interfere with a RAM slot since I wanted to upgrade to 16 GB in a few months.

The other fan option is the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Just wondering if anyone else has personal experience with this set up and not information from others' reviews. Some reviews say it blocks while others don't say anything about it or say there's a lot of CPU fan space, so I'm kind of conflicted.

I own the 970, but the spacing is the same.  You may have issues with the ram if you have tall ram, but the fan mount on the Hyper 212 are plastic clips in a groove on the fins and it will slide up to clear the heatsinks just fine.  Just don't get super tall ram.  You can also mount the fan on the rear of the heatsink to avoid any ram interference.  Or put two fans on if you wish.  just watch the ram height.

Also, I prefer the EVO version as the copper heatpipes are right next to each other forming a solid copper base, while the others have aluminum brackets between each heatpipe.

Those snipers should clear just fine, but you may need to raise the fan a tiny amount.  I was able to lower the fan after installing the ram for better fan coverage.  Just raise the fan when you need to remove/change ram.

If you want these ripjawsx are nice.  They have 8-9-9-24 for tighter timings.  But the real world performance difference is negligible between them and the snipers.  I just bought them to use with my Llano APU as the graphics need as much memory speed as possible.
