I recently RMA'd my Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Motherboard because it was stuck in a boot loop. The Motherboard was dealt with in a decent amount of time - around 2 weeks however this is the motherboard i recieved back:

When i rang up Gigabyte, they tried to tell me this was the same motherboard i had sent them they had just repaired it, this was not true. Visually the motherboard i sent off looked good as new, it just decided to stop booting properly after 1 year.
I have now sent it back again to await another replacement, i had expected much better service from such a large reputable company i cant believe they would send a product that looked like it had been pulled out of a bin to a customer.
