I have seen a few posts talking about this and would like to post my problem/solution
I just built a new system with the following
GA-970A-D3
AMD AM3+ FX-8121 3100
32g (8gx4) Super Talent
240g SanDisk SSD (for OS)
2x 2tb Raid 1
HD6670
2x DVD-RW
Fresh load on the SSD, loaded drivers, first reboot was smooth, however, subsiquent reboots would cause BSOD noting Applecharger.sys and performing a memory dump.
What I determined was the cause of the problem was the ON/OFF Charge driver off the drivers disk. If not installed or uninstalled, the problem is resolved.
Please Gigabyte, provide a new driver for this!
