how to uninstall GIGABYTE ON/OFF Charge Technology ? (applecharger.sys and so on). I get this error BSOD after installing more memory.

And my PC doesn't start anymore.
I went from 8 GB to 16 (4 x 4 GB )
My motherboard is Z68MA-D2H-B3 F3 rev1.0
So now I can only use 12 GB memory.
