This host is VT-capable, but VT is restricted.

Hi this is my first post here i am having issues with VM workstation I receive the following error
You have configured this virtual machine to use a 64-bit guest operating system.  However, 64-bit operation is not possible. This host is VT-capable, but VT is restricted.
This is usually because 'trusted execution' has been enabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting. Please:
(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable VT and disable 'trusted execution.'
(2) Power-cycle the host, if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have been changed.
(3) Power-cycle the host, if you have not done so since installing VMware Workstation.
(4) Update the host's BIOS/firmware to the latest version.
For more detailed information, see http://vmware.com/info?id=152.

Continue without 64-bit support?

I have checked the BIOS and it is enabled I have tried to disable and renable shutting down the power and booting still no go.  I have posted the system infomation. Any help would be nice

That link http://vmware.com/info?id=152 on your post gives some info and also a link to the processor check utility: Did you run that utility on your machine?

Plus from the VMware site it states:

Supported Processors

The host system must have a 64-bit x86 CPU that meets the following requirements.

* LAHF/SAHF support in long mode

* 1.3GHz or faster core speed

Multiprocessor systems are supported.

When you install Workstation, the installer performs checks to make sure the host system has a supported processor. You cannot install Workstation if the host system does not meet the processor requirements.

Processor Requirements for 64-Bit Guest Operating Systems

The operating system that runs inside a virtual machine is called the guest operating system. To run 64-bit guest operating systems, the host system must have one of the following processors.

* An AMD CPU that has segment-limit support in long mode

* An Intel CPU that has VT-x support

If you have an Intel CPU that has VT-x support, you must verify that VT-x support is enabled in the host system BIOS. The BIOS settings that must be enabled for VT-x support vary depending on the system vendor. See the VMware knowledge base article at http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003944 for information about how to determine if VT-x support is enabled.

Does the info on that http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003944 page help?
