GV-N98TGR (GeForce 9800GT) - Image Won't Fit On 1080 p HDMI Screen

The image from my GV-N98TGR will not quite fit on the screen.  I am using a 1080p HDTV via an HDMI cable.  All of the edges are chopped off.  The user interface gives the version as 2.0.01.03 or 20.01.03 (screen is unclear).  Is there a fix to this?
