I performed the following tests:
1. I replaced the bios battery- boot loop again
2. I removed the second hard drive, I replaced the video card with an Asus 9800GT - boot loop after 2 days
3. I let a single memory module = 4GB 1333MHz - boot loop again
4. I tested 1 memory kit with memtest at 1333MHz and 1600MHz , two test cycles (about an hour), which I left in the system. After several days boot loop
5. System is NOT overclocked is left at default settings
6. I tested the voltages of 5V and 12V system when system was working in 3D with higher PSU consumption. Voltage are normal and stable

8. Boot loop does not disappear
The system is powered from UPS 1000VA witch works correctly.
I tested with all BIOS versions and all manifest the same. In Windows there is no error or blue screen. Tested in windows 7 and Windows 8 both licensed.
