cannot boot after enable usb3 in bios

my mobo is GA-H61M-USB3-B3 (rev. 1.0)
i have installed windows 8 succesfully with usb3 disable in bios.
now that i bought a hard disk with usb 3 i want to take full support of it.
i am enabling usb3 in bios and windows 8 does not boot. it hangs at first 1-2 seconds in boot screen.
bios version i am using f11.
i dont want to format again with usb3 enable as it takes time.
any help would be appreciate.

let me say that with windows 7 i didnt have this problem.
i disable and enable usb3 anythime and windows7 was booting properly!
