I just built a new system and everything seems fine but I'm getting an F1 on the board debug LED code.  The F1 code stays there all the time.  I don't see the F1 in the manual.

Specs:

ABS: Dark Beret 850W Modular Power Supply
Intel i7-920 Quad Core Processor
Patriot Viper 6GB DDR3 Memory
GeForce GTS 250 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 Video Card
Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB 10,000rpm Sata HD
LITEON: CD,DVD,Blue-ray Sata
Creative X-Fi titanium sound Card
VisionTek Killer Xeno Pro Gaming Network Card
Windows 7 64-bit

The LED code is actually FF which I believe is the motherboard isn't detecting the video card correctly.  All seems to be working okay, but I don't know how to clear this code.

I did see that.  The OS finds the card properly and is working fine.  I didn't know what to do from here, get into the bios screen and boot with the optimized settings, or just ignore it since everything seems to be woking.

Thanks :-\

Hi,
Could be a minor bug somewhere, you could ask tech support,
my knowledge is not techie enough sorry,
You could try and see if the message goes when you run bios default settings,
But for me if it is working ok,leave it, unless you have a problem in the future,
Merry xmas

it's not a bug, just a simple message that everything is OK
as FF code means "booting"

so no worry mate :), have a fun using your mobo
