download and install cpuz and look at the timings under memory tab then go into bios and set them as reported in cpuz. Will probably have to do it manually report back any problems. Google cpuz to download it.

The timeing settings 9-9-9-24, are the same in the bios but I found the ram speed settings under "Dram E.O.C.D." setting was "disabled", when I selected "1866" I got a flashing message "System Voltage Not Optimized" post shows the ddr3 at 1866, I got a BSOD the first boot but worked okay the second time. There is a full page of settings under the Dram EOCD sub menu.

You can always up the voltage a tad if it is at 1.5 put it at 1.6 and see what happens. If it still boots and runs the way it is you might want to leave it alone.

This board has a lot of settings, most of them are set to "auto". The voltage set itself to 1.6 Vdc. I purchased the 1866 Ghz memory and swapped out the DDR3-1600 memory. Everything I read said "don't mix different memory sticks. All 4 stiks were 9-9-9-24 and each set of two would have its own channel so I tried all 4 together and they work fine together. Made a 10 Gig Radian Ramdisk. The more I learn about it, the more I like it. Going to leave it like that for awhile.
