Hey there
When I tried to boot up my PC this morning, all I got was a black screen. I immediately checked the error code on the mainboard. It changed from C1 to C3 and stayed there for a while, sometimes jumped to 02 and then this sequence repeated itself over and over again.
What I did so far:
1) Pushed the Clear CMOS button on the back of the MB
2) Placed the Reset BIOS jumper on the MB (short circuit with scredriver, as suggested in the manual)
3) Removed EVERYTHING except the CPU and the RAM
4) Tried different RAM modules on every slot with no success - so I doubt it's the RAMs fault
So with only 1 RAM module, I still get this error code. C3 suggests a problem with loading BIOS into DRAM, while 02 a problem with Dual BIOS.
Sadly, I don't know what else I could do...I bought the mainboard in 2009.
