Hi all, my computer's been up and running for going on 3 years now. This morning, when I turned my monitors on, the boot(?) screen was up (the one that gives the option to go into bios, qflash etc). It wont go past this screen. Any ideas?

Try resitting your memory. Plus I have seen hard drive that are bad and you will not get past that screen. One other thing is what is coming up on the screen.
