Graphic card

Hello,
I got 280 gtx - Model Name : GV-N28-1GH-B; PCB ver : A2; which seems to me got broken. When I try to play games, time to time, it freezes with very similar  artifacts as on this picture - . It can work fine today, but might not work tomorrow at all, showing artifacts. Never was overclocked. Tried a lot of drivers.
As far as I remember, it is 1 year and 5 month old,  shop were I bought it bankrupted (poor Latvian shop   , but never mind...), Am I legible for RMA?

 If yes, How long it takes to replace it, for what it will be replaced as 280gtx are no more manufactured(unless there are some in stock), where do I get RMA request page, where do I send my graphic card(I am living in Ireland)?
