It sounds like those two slots are bad. Have you tried to put just one stick of memory in one of those slots.

At a time to see if it will boot in 1st slot or the 2nd slot. That would be channel A.

1st two slots - Channel A: DDR3_2, DDR3_4
2nd two slots - Channel B: DDR3_1, DDR3_3

Because there is no way to turn them on or off. You can try and update the bios.

But is sounding more like that channel is bad.

Thanks.

Channel A: DDR_2 & DDR_4 not working
Channel B; working, system boots.

Have you tried interchanging the rams and find that its the sockets that are faulty?
Check the CPU socket pins for damages... it's usually bent pins that disable DIMM slots..
the DIMM slots can also be defective. Is that a new motherboard? You might want to contact your seller because I think that's a case of a defective motherboard.

Yes, this is 100% new system. just purchased.
Every thing works when I only use Channel B, Changed MEM Slots, Changed with Other RAMs of 2 GB and 4 GB. System does not starts when I use both channels.

I think the board itself is at fault and had to be replaced.

Thanks
