1. The entry is limited to one per person and one motherboard per person. Each person can only use one email address to participate at the following entry link:

2. The promotion is for UK & IRL residents who buy a GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H motherboard.
3. The entry will be only considered as valid when all the below requirements are met in full:
a) An e-mail message must be sent to
promotion@giga-byte.co.uk with the subject header “20% off Z87X-UD4H promo”. This message must include: a voucher link (obtained through the Facebook app mentioned at point 1), a copy of the invoice (scan/photo/electronic version expectable), EAN code and SN number from the purchased unit.
Example where to find EAN and SN below:
b) After receiving a confirmation message from GIGABYTE, you must cut out the EAN code & SN label from the original box packaging and send this to the address GIGABYTE provided in the confirmation e-mail. You also must provide us with your full name (for IRL residents address too) and your bank account details so that GIGABYTE can pay the 20% money back.
4. The money back amount is limited to 20% of the gross value of the invoiced motherboard to a maximum amount of £34.
5. Duration of promotion: Starts: 10am GMT on the 2nd of June 2013, ends: 30 days from creation date of the money back voucher, the latest possible date for entry into the promotion is the 12am GMT on the 30th of July 2013. Any purchases of this motherboard outside of these dates will not be valid for this promotion.
6. The amount of valid entries is limited to a maximum of 35. These will be provided on a first come first served basis.
7. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the promotion closes for your 20% money back payment to be made to your bank account.
8. The data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the “UK data protection act of 1998”. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time for cause and / or shorten or postpone the event and to change, if the circumstances so require, at the discretion of the organizer. A termination for cause may also occur particularly if, for technical reasons or for legal reasons, proper execution of the event cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the intentional conduct of a participant, the organizer may demand compensation for the damage caused by that person.
