Z87-OC X02 bios - 4770k / 2x8gb 2133 XMP enabed, 43/44/45 uncore bsod116

got a issue here, not sure if its the bios im using or should i revert back to F6.

basically i have memtested and aida32 stress`d system and no issues @ 4.5ghz/42uncore.
but as soon as i use 43 or 44 or 45 uncore i get instant bsod116 from atidiag.dll or something like that.
i can get into windows at 42uncore and its stress stable but when i go to play splinter cell blacklist i get freeze after 5-10 minutes with a bsod 116 or just freeze and have to hard reset

I have run my 2 cards under kombuster for 30+ minutes and max temps where 76c
no issues no freezes.
some other games work fine no issues.

but this bsod 116 issue is annoying me to death as i have no idea what to do to fix it.
this has got to be a motherboard issue or bios issue
but i dont know where to start i even disabled crossfire and reduced cards memory speed and turned computer to optimized defaults with only xmp enabled and still splinter cell will bsod116

anyone have any suggestions.

Did more testing and reduced graphics cards core and memory clocks by 500mhz and still same freeze, if i run the game in windowed mode crossfire disabled i am able to view the error, driver has been recovered and if you go into even viewer there is nothing no error nothing showing
apart from in hardware section TDR driver has been recovered, if i run the game full screen i get bsod 116. freeze.

there is nothing wrong with my cards and nothing wrong with memory or cpu as i can stress test the system without fail, something screwy is going on with the pci express slots or the way the bios reads the cards properly

as for some reason also in windows my graphics card thats plugged in is in the top slot but is being reported in windows as GPU2 lol
and the 3rd orange slot is being reported as GPU1....

very weird, this has been the worst board experience ever and everything is brand new.

no settings in there for 116 bsod`s or why 116 bsod`s are happening when over 40 uncore or 42 or 43 or 44
they all produces the 116bsod at random.
and splinter cell blacklist 116bsod`s even with the computer at stock.

you may try to disable c states to check.

0x116 = Low IOH (NB) voltage, GPU issue (most common when running multi-GPU/overclocking GPU)

i have tried upping the chipset voltage makes no difference,

we need a update to F6 for the z87 oc board cause i think there last PCI express compatibilty needs more compatibility cause it sure as hell is not compatible with 2 of my his 7950s and my creative zxr sound card in the last slot

I hope they fix the pci express issues and also fix the higher uncore issues, bsod 116 seems to happen with uncore over 42x for me i cant get stable at 43 or 44 or 45 uncore without experiancing bsod 116s :/
