I bought a new pc few months ago..

xfx pro psu
Since i have installed all,ive got problems with usbs..
with win7 64 and win8 64.
Sometimes i need to unplug my mouse and plug in to recognize.And allways my data transfer to a pendrive are 4.0mb/s, usb2.0 or 3.0,allways getting this speed,more than 6 pendrives tested,and all of the pendrives tested in other PC and work correctly.
Ive download all drivers from gigabyte web,and update bios to last version,nothing happens.
Please help me,i am thinking to rma my mobo
