Geforce GTX 650 Ti OC showing interference lines after mobo upgrade.

Hello dear Gigabyte. I have the luck of possessing a GeForce GTX 650 Ti OC, works perfectly, although recently it has been behaving weirdly. I just upgraded my motherboard, from and AsRock stock low-end mobo to an ASUS P8Z77-V LX, everything went smoothly through the upgrade and the GPU still delivers excellent performance, BUT, I've noticed some weird lines across my VGA monitor (horizontal lines that remind me of old TV's with interference). "Why do you assume it's the GPU and not your new mobo?" you would say, well I already tested it with the integrated chip and it doesn't show any lines at all. All this leaves me with only 3 conclusions: it can be a software config problem or a voltage problem. Anyhow I'm here to ask for assistance as I've depleted my genius theories on how to solve this non -lethal, yet annoying, problem.
