i have problem like this 4GB RAM installed, only 2GB usable? Windows 7 64-bit

my komputer Spek

cpu i5 750
gigabyte p55 ud3l
his radeon 5670 128bit 1gb
hdd 360gb
psu venom rx pure 500watt
memory ddr3 corsair vengeance 2x2gb
OS Windows 7 64bit

try install a different one memory its detected 2gb,try install another one it detected 2 gb
if both are installed its 4GB RAM installed, only 2GB usable
one by one, I've checked the memory chip using a memory diagnostic tool and the results are good

Have you gone into msconfig / boot / advance option and make there isn't any check marks on the CPU and Memory.

Yes i have uncheck MEMMAX
