Downgrading X79 UP4 BIOS
« on: October 18, 2013, 09:21:59 am »
Hi,

I have an X79-UP4 MB, OS is Windows 7 x64.

I upgraded the BIOS from F2 to F4, and not only is it locked (I didn't realise this), its also quite buggy.

I tried to downgrade back to F2, but it won't allow it either in a USB flash or using @BIOS.
What are the steps needed to downgrade?

Cheers

Jax
