Z87X-D3H [Realtek ALC892 - Problems]
« on: October 29, 2013, 03:17:50 am »
Hi, my new Motherboard`s Realtek Sound has some srange behaviour being digital connected via optical SPDIF.

Problem 1: Sound has crackle and pop noises.

Problem 2: A 1sec delay where i can´t hear anything when the Audio starts.

When i go to windows sound settings and mark "listen to this device" for the realtek digital input everything seems to work.

I`m very confused if this is a normal behaviour. Shouldn´t the Sound work without the user having to do this.
Is my Board faulty maybe ?

This is happening with all Realtek Drivers.
The one Gigabyte provided on the DVD and the new R3.75 Driver.

Kind Regards
Awote
