My system is being used as a server and thus, no need for any powerful graphics adapter. Mostly used in a headless configuration but now and then it is necessary to attach a local monitor. Plan was to use the onboard video but so far, I have not been able to direct any signal to either of the two connectors (D-Sub, DVI) on the MB. Have selected IGFX in BIOS to enable the onboard graphics as the first display, but this seems to be ignored, as no video is output to the onboard video ports. This is true both when entering the BIOS Setup or a normal boot of the OS.
BIOS version is F7, processor is Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3
