Hello!
Installed Windows 8.1 RTM is not a long time after the OS is stupor (freezing ) just gets a stake and does not respond to that .
Such as the blue screen does not take off .
But a couple of times it was a mistake CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.
There is a suspicion that this is a hardware problem .
Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3R ( revision do not know)
SSD OCZ Vertex 4 128Gb Fw 1.5.1
Processor Intel Core I5 750@2.67Ghz
Version BIOS F13
Made the following - load the default BIOS settings
Changed Advance CPU Core Features -> C3/C6 State Support - Disable
All the drivers are installed with DRP13-R390-Full.
The command bcdedit / set disabledynamictick yes also did not help
If you set the Advance CPU Core Features -> CPU Core Enabled - 1
Everything is working .
Photos of all the settings BIOS

Memtest errors in the memory is not found .
Before that there was a Windows 7 x64, but on HDD - no problems.
I understand that I can try to install Windows 8.1 on the HDD and just figure out there is a problem in the SSD or not, but at the moment I do not want to do it.
