Just noticed the fans are not spinning on my new Gigabyte 7970 Windforce 3X 3072MB card despite SpeedFan showing them as spinning at around 2k+.
re-seating it didn't make any difference so chucked my 7870 back in to discount any PSU issues, which runs fine.
Not looking forward to going through the arse-ache of doing a return so wondering if I'm missing something blindingly obvious?
