Z87X-UD4H + 4770K

Hi there. I'm interested in overclocking my new computer setup a little bit (nothing extreme) and not sure where to start. It's been several years since I've OC'd and could use a good starting point. Here's the relevant hardware in my setup:

Intel 4770K
Gigabyte Z87K-UD4H (rev 1.0 if that matters)
Corsair Vengeance LP 16 GB (8x2 @ 10-10-10-27)
Noctua NH-D14 Cooler
Fractal Designs Define R4

I was thinking maybe I could get this to 3.8 - 4.0GHz comfortably. I'm not looking to push the envelope too far, as this will be primarily for audio production... stability is hugely important. Could anyone give me some pointers on where to begin with this? Thanks much!

Try setting a Vore of about 1.25V and a multiplier of 45 see if thats stable if not lower multiplier to 44 see thats stable if not try 43 multiplier. leave all other settings to auto except LLC set that to extreme so as to avoid too much Vdroop. Dont use intel burn test etc to test for stability try using your most cpu/ram intensive program instead. I used Bitdefender anti virus and a program for video transcoding to test for stabilty. See how you go :)
