Motherboard issues, constant beeping, reboots

I have a GA-Z87MX-D3H motherboard and a i3-4330 CPU in a new build along with a 500W PSU. Today after installing my ram and booting up, I get a series of 20-30 beeps in rapid succession followed by a reboot. This continues until I power off the system. I tried all my ram, no ram and every combination of slot/capacity I could manage. I also resat all of the power cables leading to the MB from the PSU.

The monitor won't fire so I can't access the Bios to make any changes, This was a new MB out of the box so it should be at factory settings already.

Nothing works.

Any Ideas?

Have you pull the CPU to make sure you don't have any bent pin in the CPU socket. Are you using a video or on board. Try it onboard if you are using a video card.

Same issue with and without a PCI graphics card (Quadro K5000)

F5 bios supports that CPU.
maybe your bios version is older and cannot support it.
you may go back to the stroe to ask for bios update to check.

I ended up throwing away the motherboard and have another model on order. Hopefully this solves the issues.

The new motherboard came in the Z87M-D3H Built it, hooked it up and the same issue is happening. The CPU checks out ok in another system. This is getting ridiculous. I'm done with Gigabyte. Nice to know they are shipping defective boards out.

Why did you throw board away? It has a 3yr warranty on it. Plus two different models can't do the same thing. Have you tried it outside of the case?
