Graphics card spinning 100% on boot up?? Help

every time I boot up the 770 fans spin 100% until I get into windows is this normal?

Yeah should be normal, once the Nvidia drivers are running, that's when the fan speed reduces to idle speeds.

If you didn't have Nvidia drivers installed at all, it would run at 100% all the time.

Thanks for the response someone else told me that the fans are spinning in reverse to get rid of dust ect but I dunno :/
