Still waiting for reply for Service Ticket / RMA

Still waiting for reply for Service Ticket / RMA

I filled in the form http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/ServiceCenter.aspx 2 days ago and have had no response what so ever. I am pretty desparate to get this board replaced but cannot find any other way of contacting Gigabyte through their site, all links seem to point me to the form above.

Does anyone know if I can contact Gigabyte directly?
